  • GLP-1–Based Weight Loss Program

    Semaglutide & Tirzepatide

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are medications used in certain FDA-approved treatments for type 2 diabetes and chronic weight management. These medications work by mimicking naturally occurring hormones involved in appetite regulation, insulin response, and digestion.

GLP-1–based therapies may help reduce appetite, slow gastric emptying, and support metabolic regulation. Tirzepatide also acts on an additional hormone pathway (GIP), which may further support metabolic effects in some patients.

When clinically appropriate, licensed providers may prescribe GLP-1–based treatment as part of a comprehensive, physician-guided weight loss program. These medications are typically administered once weekly under medical supervision.

All treatment decisions are made following an individualized medical evaluation.

  • Behavior Change & Long-Term Support

Medication alone is not the program.

A central focus of our approach is structured lifestyle support and sustainable behavior change. For many patients, appetite regulation may make it easier to introduce gradual, manageable improvements in nutrition, movement, and daily habits.

Rather than promoting rapid or short-term weight loss strategies, our program emphasizes steady progress, accountability, and long-term metabolic health.

  • Personalized Compounded Medications (When Appropriate)

In certain circumstances, and when permitted under applicable federal and state regulations, providers may prescribe compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide that is customized for an individual patient.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. They are prescribed only when a provider determines they are medically appropriate for a specific patient.

We do not market compounded medications as generic equivalents of FDA-approved drugs.
